Juniors

Like all Clubs, the Illawarra Cycle Club sees it junior riders as its future and as such wish to promote Junior Cycling in the Illawarra in all disciplines. The Illawarra Cycle Club has the facilities to promote Track Cycling and Road Cycling in a safe environment.

NSW Junior U11/U13 Track Championships

A team of five U11 and U13 riders represented the Club at the NSW Junior Track Championships at Dubbo on 6/7 March 10.

Sari Mitrevski took the Gold medal in the U13G Individual Time Trial.

Natasha Mullany took the Silver medal in the U13G Individual Time Trial and Bronze in the Scratch Race.

Rebecca Pignatelli took the Bronze medal in the U11G Individual Time Trial.

Chloe Heffernan and Shari Heffernan both put in good performances.

Unfortunately the Sprint Championship was washed out.
