Illawarra Cleans Up at NSW Country Track Championships
A team of Eight Illawarra Cycle Club Juniors were in action at the NSW Country Track Championships on Sunday 1 Nov 09.
Bradley Heffernan took the Gold medal in the JM15 division as well as breaking the Time Trial record which was set by Jackson Law three years ago.
Bridget Mullany took the Gold medal in the JW15 division. She had the best Time Trial result, just missing breaking the JW15 record ~ maybe next year !
Natasha Mullany took the Gold medal in the JW13 division.
Holly Heffernan took the Silver medal in the JW17 division.
Sari Mitrevski took the Bronze medal in the JW13 division and also had the best Time Trial result for the JW13.
Nathan Pignatelli overcame a string of mechanical problems and put in a good performance. Miranda Vaughan Floyd and Matthew Pignatelli also put in good performances.
